Biblical paintings, mostly in sets.

The above paintings comprise Barbara's current selection of Biblical paintings (except for her Biblical silk paintings which are available for viewing in the Silk art section of the website). These paintings range from whimsical styled mice to detailed animal portraits. Each of these paintings has an obvious Biblical meaning (e.g., the Beattitudes series) or is based on some scripture (e.g., the Isaiah prophesy paintings).

Barbara feels a definite call from God to focus her art on the Paint My Word theme. Her intent is for future paintings to actually incorporate the underlying Biblical text somewhere in the painting.

Paintings in this category include both watercolor and oil paintings. Originals range from the very small (5"x8") to the (comparatively) very large (approximately 30"x48").
